Zawtika: Sailaway Ceremony for ZPQ Platform

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) held a sailaway ceremony for Zawtika Processing and Living Quarters (ZPQ) Platform in October 2013 at Sembcorp Marine, Sembawang Shipyard. After the ceremony, the ZPQ sailed from SMOE Pte Ltd’s construction yard in Singapore to its destination at the Zawtika field in the Gulf of Mottama, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Upon completion, it is expected to produce natural gas and supply to Myanmar and Thailand. This was part of Zawtika Development Project Phase 1A.
